Chelsea brings a strong understanding of integrated communications strategies, with expertise in public affairs, community outreach programs, media relations and political campaigns.  She has extensive experience working on high-profile transportation issues in Orange County and manages large-scale outreach efforts targeting community activity centers throughout Southern California. She has also conducted outreach campaigns for controversial land use and energy issues. She is a Coro Southern California Fellow in Public Affairs and serves on the Coro Southern California Board of Directors and is on the board of LA’s BEST Friends volunteer committee. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
