Jennifer manages new business development activities for the corporate and regional offices. She has served as Press Secretary to United States Congressman Joe Baca in the 43rd Congressional District, communicating to stakeholders on issues in international affairs, transportation, women, and the environment. Jennifer has played key roles in many local, state, and federal campaigns in the Inland Empire. She received her Master of Arts in National Security Studies from California State University, San Bernardino and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of California, Riverside.
