About the project
Consensus developed a video and digital brochure to focus on the campus amenities, community, and culture of the Equity Office Colorado Center project in Santa Monica – home to Hulu, HBO, and other innovative companies. The storytelling focuses on the importance of company culture and how the workplace environment is a key ingredient to building and sustaining it. These pieces are part of an ongoing program to engage and build a community around the Colorado Center brands and promote the culture and values of that community. This includes ongoing features such as engagement with neighboring communities and a collaborative program with the City of Santa Monica to promote Transportation Demand Management, and promoting bike-sharing programs. Consensus also designs and distributes a monthly newsletter, and organizes an annual community meeting onsite to engage stakeholders in neighboring residential areas.

About the project
Consensus worked with 1st Century Bank, a privately held community bank in Century City, to develop a strategic and creative marketing plan for its 10-year anniversary. We proposed a brand refresh and a logo redesign to take 1st Century Bank into the next 10 years. The design process started with a 360 degree phase of research. Consensus interviewed the entire 1st Century Bank executive team to understand unique business perspectives and goals. We then developed core messages along with distinct design directions to reflect the exceptional service and energetic team the business is known for. ‘Invested in You,’ ‘Prosper,’ and ‘Make a Statement’ each reflect pillars of the brand and its commitment to customer service and success.
