Caitlin Ulrich-Smith

Assistant Account Manager

Caitlin has extensive experience in designing and implementing corporate citizenship programs that help brands effectively engage with communities and build a foundation of trust. Her background in employee engagement, marketing, and program management, provides clients with valuable insight into their public outreach, government relations, and public relations campaigns. Caitlin’s marketing experience spans start-ups, mid-sized businesses, and fortune 500 companies in industries ranging from retail and food and beverage to commercial real estate and entertainment.

Prior to Consensus, Caitlin led corporate citizenship campaigns at The Walt Disney Company’s Consumer Products and Interactive Media division and was also a Digital Creative Project Manager for Disney’s Corporate Brand Management team. As a Corporate Citizenship Associate at The Walt Disney Company, she worked with non-profits, city governments and other corporate entities in event management and community relations, successfully creating campaigns and events that benefitted at-risk and economically disadvantaged youth. Her key achievements included Applause for a Cause, a highly successful fundraising campaign to benefit local community non-profits. She also reorganized Disney Interactive’s internal database platform (Own My Impact) that engaged and exponentially increased employee participation in corporate citizenship events.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the California State University Long Beach College of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
